Using SSH connections

I have run into trouble using the built-in SSH connections in Toad for MySQL.
I am running a development database on my local computer (TCP Port 3306) and Toad binds the SSH port forwarding to 3306 also (I think you can see the problem with that.)
Is there any way to change the port that toad uses on the local side?
