Toad 4.60.531 Issues with .Net

I have been trying for 2 days now to install the latest GA release for Toad for MySQL. During installation, I got an error complaining it needed the latest version of .Net Framework. I have now installed, uninstalled and reinstalled v. 4.0.30319 of the framework and continue to get the error. I found a suggestion to do a silent install and, while the install worked, when I start the program I get the following:
TOAD.EXE .NET Framework Initialization Error
Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application
Clicking "OK" causes Toad to close.
I'm running Windows XP 32 bit SP3, MySQL 5.1.47.
At home, on a similar maching running .Net Framework 3.5, I have had no problems installing and running Toad. Any assistance gratefully received.

I finally figured it out - buried in the release notes, which are buried in the installation directory, there is a note that Toad for MySQL does not like the "Client Profile" component for .Net Framework 4. Uninstalling .Net 4 and downgrading to .Net Framework 3.5 fixed the issue. It would be useful to have this noted as a bug and also to include this notice as part of the error message.
