Export via Export wizard lose formatting number

I have Toad 4.6.0.531
I have an English version of Windows 7
My language and country settings are Dutch Belgium (on Windows)
In Belgium we use , as a decimal seperator.
When I have a decimal. I see in the Grid the formatting correct.
When I export via the wizard -> 'comma seperated values' he exports the decimal with a point instead of with a comma.
Small test that you can do:
select 5/10;
The result the toad grid is (correct):
"5/10"
0,5
Right click -> export -> Export wizard -> next -> next -> finish
and the result is (incorrect):
"5/10"
0.5
