How to running Toad for mysql on windows 7 x64

My operation system is Windows 7 x64bit, why can't install it and running?
and the same it to toad for oracle.

I don't have any issues with installing Toad on my 64 bit windows 7.

I can't speak for Toad for Oracle, but Toad for MySQL should run fine on Windows 7 x64 (In fact it is the exact OS that I am coding it on).
In what way does it fail? Do you get an error during installation or startup?
