Dotted Outline on Query Builder on Load

When Toad connects to a resource, and I try to click on something as it appears done, while Toad does that weird and slow default connect ritual of opening the Editor and Query Builder tabs, once all tabs for the connection are loaded and Toad puts me on the Query Builder tab, my mouse pointer has a dotted outline box connected to it.
I have to click elsewhere to remove it, and the outline box stays on the Query Builder tab until repaint.
