Running a Saved Comparison

I've saved a comparison as a dcp file and added it to my project.
When I double click on it to run it says:
'Can't connect to SSH server on ":No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
I get the same issue when I attempt to do a Schema Compare.
Yet when I re-do a comparison it works OK.
(I'm connecting via an SSH tunnel)
