Toad in a MySQL Cloud Environment?

Hi all, my organization is starting to test some solutions in order to move our MySQL servers to a cloud environment. We've been browsing around to find a MySQL cloud enviroment, and so far there are several main ones (the attached link, for example, compares several such solutions including Amazon's).
I was wondering if I can use the Toad solution for MySQL when using in a cloud environment? This might be a dumb question, but I'm fairly new at this. I'd be glad to hear any reviews or suggestions. Thanks :)

This shouldn't be any problem and in fact we are in the process of preparing prebuilt AMI:s for EC2 with Toad for MySQL already installed in it.

You can also use Toad for mySQL installed on your PC to administer Amazon RDS mySQL database. Thank you, Lenka
