I am new to using Toad for MySql.  I am trying to create a new database called 'Movies', but when doing so I get the above error.  It appears to be permissions, but I am not sure how to set that up within Toad.  I have tried many different things, re-installed, but found nowhere where I could input any Admin Credentials.

Any help on this?  I have now spent two hours trying to get past this, but cannot find any resolution that works.
