automatic connection

I would like to run toad for mysql from my mremoteng tools.
When I want to run toad with command line, it opens toad but does not connect to the database (only open editor's window)
In a CMD, I use C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\TOAD.exe Connect=%Username%/%Password%@%dbName%
Any idea to autorun and connect toad to a specific database?
