Schema Compare error (Quest.Compare.Schema.MySQL.DBModel)

Hello, I have a problem using Schema Compare.
After choosing Source and Target databases, it begins to process and when "Assembling tables" is being executed, it crashes with error:


Object reference not set to an
instance of an object. Quest.Compare.Schema.MySQL.DBModel.

Localhost MySQL version: 5.0.27
Localhost OS: Windows 7 x32

Remote OS: Linux
Remote MySQL version: 5.0.45

What can I do to solve this problem?
