connection issues

Hey there, I'm new to all this but I have a website at hostmonster.com and i downloaded Toad for MySQL, I tried to setup a connection but i get an error, i'm not sure what connection type to use! I tried using SSH and get this inreturn: Host 'host382.hostmonster.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'! So what am i doing wrong here
