Unable to connect (looks like a timeout) [1 Attachment]

After working with beta version 4.6 without connection problems; I updated to
verison 5, migrated the connections and then try to connect to a remote DB that
I normallyuse. I keep getting this error. I changed the timeouts settings to the
same I have in the working version of Toad f MySQL freeware v 4.1 but still not
working.
