Automation email - file attachment

I'm working on an automation that will create a report and then email that report to users.  The process works, but I would like to tweak it a bit.

When you automate the running of a report you can select to have the date added on the end of the file name as a suffix, which is nice so you have a report of each day saved instead of overwriting the report each time.  But if you then want to include an Email activity that picks sends the latest created report file - how do you do that?  When you define the FileName in the Attachment Collection - how do yo set a variable for the suffix like you did with the report name?

Report Name = 'Report.PDF'
Suffix = 'yyyy-MM-dd'

So today's report will be named 'Report2010-03-03.pdf'.  Tomorrow's will be ''Report2010-03-04.pdf'.

When I set the file attachment name in the Email activity - how do I grab 'Report2010-03-03.pdf' today and 'Report2010-03-04.pdf' tomorrow?

Thanks
