UTC Date Conversion - Display purposes only

I store some of my date columns as UTC dates... It would be great if I'm looking at them through toad they display the local date as a option for the column... if you have to color the column with a different background color or border or something to show its not the actual data... or maybe turn it on by column by right clicking the column and if its a datetime column provide a setting to say its UTC
