Data Compare using timestamp

Hi,

I have master to master replication with 3 servers. If a server goes down replication wise like what has happened now. Is there a way to do data compare based on most recent timestamp?

So basically any record with the most recent timestamp is the correct one. As currently data compare isnt a full proof solution for me as sometimes records should have less data than previously. For many reasons, but if I could use timestamp this would solve this issue..
