Cant install on Vista Ultimate 64

I'm having a heck of a problem getting this to install on Windows Vista 64 bit. I download and run the latest toad for mysql file as an administrator. It loads the initial install landing gui, I click next and it disappears! I've had Toad installed on a Vista machine before, so I'm not sure what exactly is going on. No AV/FW and its a fresh Vista install. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong here? Any help would be appreciated!

After some further research, it looks like its because .Net 3.5 sp1 isnt instlling. It looks like thats possibly failing because I dont have IIS installed. I tried to install it myself, but Vista reports that 'some features could not be installed' and fails. So thats where I am now! Any suggestions on getting IIS onto Vista? Its failing adding it through Programs and Features on the control panel.
