Error Importing from Delimited Files

I've tried several flat files and still got the same error when the Import Wizard attempts to read the file:

"Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow."

The problem is consistent on 5.0.0.345, and the same file can be read and imported successfully by 4.6.0.531

Help?
