Reconnecting to a MySQL DB on Startup via Connection Manager [1 Attachment]

Connection Manager launches at Toad startup. My MySQL DB is selected. I
click Reconnect and get this error.
It looks like I'm already connected to the DB on startup, but sometimes all
I see on starting Toad is the Connection Manager dialog.
