Binary Logging not Possible. Message: Transaction Level READ-COMMITTED in InnoDB

Why is TOAD for MYSQL start using READ-COMMITTED but not REPEATABLE READ? Is there a configuration file I can update so it can start in a different transaction isolation level?

Yes, look in the installation directory for a directory called Templates\Scripts and you should find a file which contains a script that is run on all new connections.
