How to save re-arranged column order for "data" tab/view?

After connecting toa database and opening the "data" view/tab for a certain table 
I re-arranged the column order. I dragged visually e.g. the 20th column to the 2nd position. So the visual column order is re-arranged not the internal column of the table!

However this new visual column order seems to be not saved/remembered by Toad.
After exiting and re-starting Toad the columns order is again the old initial one.

How can I let Toad rememeber my new column order?
