Problem with import from Excel

Hi there,
I have a problem: I am trying to import some data from Excel 2000 (german version) The import works - but the numbers are 100 times higher - Toad forgets the comma as the delimiter - see attached files.
Interesting: in row #1 it works.
What can I do?
