SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=0; from menu for all following commands?

Is there a way to disable FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS from Toad menu
for all subsequent commands?

or do I really have to enter this command always manually in the editor pane
because there is no auto-disabling from Toad?
