How to change password for database aaa and user uuu?

How can I change the password for (existing) database aaa and existing user uuu?

is it only possible through cmdline or through Toad GUI as well?

I am not sure of the cmd line.

But I changed my password using the GUI.

If you have logged in toad. You can find the "session" tab.

Once you click on it a list of options will be placed.  where one of the option is "change password" by which you can change the password to connect to that particular database.
