TOAD for MySQL Crashes in Windows 7x64

I tried setting up either 4.6 or 5.1, and I am getting the following error - one way or another:


Description:
Stopped working

Problem signature:

I tried installing "As Administrator", or just with a regular (admin) account. Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit.

What file is it looking for???
