Toad for MySQL Beta 6.0.0.625 is now available.
You can find the new release at this location:
http://www.toadformysql.com/beta.jspa
(If the link appears to be broken try again later. It might take a few minutes for the new binary to propagate to all mirrors)
Release notes for the Toad for MySQL 6.0 beta are available here:

Hey guys... I just wanted to take a second and say thank you for building such a great tool and somehow offering it as freeware. I especially appreciate your continued efforts to improve this tool and allowing the community to provide feedback.
I hope my feedback below is helpful to your development team: Please review my beta feedback below:
Environment / Versions: I've been using Toad for MySQL 5.0.0.345 on my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and just attempted to install MySQL Beta 6.0.0.625.
Issue: Beta Period Expired -------------------------------------------- Immediately after installing and launching MySQL Beta 6.0.0.625, I received the following Windows Dialog Box Message:
Message Title: Toad for MySQL Beta Message Type: Info Message Body: This BETA period has expired. We will redirect you to Quest's website to download the latest version.
I have the option to click OK or Cancel. When clicking OK, the following page is loaded: - http://www.toadformysql.com/index.jspa
Issue: Installation Shield Notes -------------------------------------------- Running the install from [ToadForMySQL_Beta_6.0.0.625.exe] displays the following Title Label in the Wise Installation Window:
Quest Software Toad for MySQL Beta 5.0
Notice this title shows Beta 5.0 instead of Beta_6.0. It appears the install package was carried over from Beta 5.0 and perhaps the Beta Period date was not updated.
Other Notes -------------------------------------------- The specific issue I'm hoping is resolved in this beta release is discussed on the following thread:
- http://toadformysql.com/thread.jspa?threadID=30541 - http://toadformysql.com/thread.jspa?threadID=29893
My specific issue is Toad throws errors when '0000-00-00 00:00:00' returned in a DateTime column.

** Follow Up Post **
Regarding: Beta Period Expired Issue A new install package was released the day after my post to cover a new beta period. This install worked without any issues.
Regarding: Installation Shield Issue Install shield, install directory, and icon still displays Version 5.0 Beta instead of 6.0 Beta. However, the program About Window accurately shows:
Toad for MySQL 6.0.0.759 Beta Version - Expires 5/3/2011
Regarding: Other Notes The issue with querying DateTime fields with '0000-00-00 00:00:00' or Null values as described in the link below is resolved in the beta release.
