Toad for MySQL Automation vs Told for Data Analysts?

They look the same except for the fact that the former looks like it's wrapped by Toad for MySQL while the latter looks like it's standalone and self-contained.

Except that they don't contain TDA specific functionality (Don't even know if there is any of this before TDA 3.0 comes out) they should be exactly the same.
