What software is this forum based on?

Just wondering about what tags are allowed when creating a post to enhance messages, embed <a href="http://google.com" title="links">links</a>, etc.? The Help page here is a bit limited. (I got the help link by dragging it from the left panel, obviously my manual attempt fails.)
McS
Also, I am unable to attach images when replying to an existing post but am able to when creating a new one.

Can anyone suggest a reference to common rich text editing tags?
Also, would RTE require a forum administrator to enable options for this to work beyond the basic bold, italic, underline, etc buttons above the editor window?
As I've googled around looking for answers, I have come to believe that this forum is based on Jive software (https://community.jivesoftware.com/community/support/content). Can anyone confirm this?
Thanx, McS.

Yes this is based on an old version of Jive. Honestly we are very unhappy with it and are actively searching for a replacement.

I've been browsing through http://www.forummatrix.org/ recently to make the same decision. Quite a comprehensive listing. McS.
