Toad 6.0.1 responsiveness

Toad seems to hang too often on my machine. After 10-20 min usage UI stops responding and I can't close the application. After several clicks, connection manager or data grid shows some signs of life (right click and selecting works), but nothing else can be used, so i have to close the app from Task Manager.
Very annoying, cause it happens every 10-20 mins.

I'm using Toad 6.0.1 on Win 7 x64
