Data Compare Wized doesn't sync new columns

I'm using Toad for Mysql 6.0.1.1723 on Windows 7, connecting to Mysql 5.5 servers.

I have a saved Data Compare project. Outside of toad I've added columns to a few tables, and added data to them. I expected that the next time I ran the Data Compare Synchronization wizard that it would see the new columns and sync data in them. It does not.

What I've had to do is run the Change Comparison wizard, remove the changed tables. Then re run the Change Comparison Wized and readd the tables. This is a bit of a pain to do. Is there a better way? Or better yet could Toad be fixed up to automatically add new columns?
