Toad 6.3 Beta BUG Export to Excel

Hello!
Toad version 6.3 beta still has issues with exporting data to Excel (german
version at least).
While 6.0.0 and 6.0.1 dumped data, 6.3 seems to fail with fromatting only.
After exporting (Quick-Export, Excel-Instance) to german Excel 2010,
decimal values are displayed as a static string '000.000' and date/time
types as '0/d/yyyy'.
But after setting cell-formatting in excel manually, all data is displayed
correctly.
Is this still a bug in toad, or can i set export-format to excel in
settings?
BTW: version 6.3 beta displays version 6.0.0.276 in help/about dialog while
file version shows 6.3.0.276 from Dec. 19, 2011.
It also shows that it will expire on Jan. 18. Ist that true? Will next
version be out before that date?
