Database drop-down clears after executing script

When I use the drop-down to select the database I'm running my script on, the name of the database used to stay populated in older versions of Toad, but now in 6.0.1 whenever I hit F5 or F9 to run a script it clears the database name. This is a big problem for me as I work on many scripts and many databases at a time. Is there a way to fix it to keep the database name populated?
(Using Toad for MySQL 6.0.1.1723)

You could just type USE database; before your scripts.
