The problem:
After I set up General tab in Version Control, I set working folder to a new folder, toad called svn client and I saw files were checked out in the new directory. But at the end, an error message:
Working directory mismatch, Resolved "", should be ""
Any ideas?

sorted it out.
The server setting was wrong in general tab.
