"Allow multiple copies of Toad to run" not working

When I check the box for "Allow multiple copies of Toad to run" it does not get saved. I hit Apply, Ok. Open options again and it is unchecked.
My version: 6.3.0.642

Any solution to this? I'm having the same problem with the same version 6.3.0.642. It works fine in 6.0.0.1714. But I need to be able to do this in 6.3 as 6.0 has it's own issues.

I have the same issue, but I found a workaround, open the options dialog and check the option of allow multiples copies of toad to run then click on apply, DO NOT close the dialog, try opening another instance of Toad and it does open. However you must do this process everytime you want to open another instance as the save option does not work. Hope that helps

That workaround does not work for me.
Isn't there a configuration file where these settings are kept? Shouldn't we be able to force the setting in there? At least until this issue is fixed.
