Converting Hex to ASCII

All,

I haven't use Toad in few months so I apologize if this question seems trivial.  I am running a query and the result set keeps returning in HEX rather than ASCII.  I have looked at the result settings in TOAD and don't see an option to changes this.  Anyone would could provide some direction I would be extremely grateful.
