Export db schema without data??

Thought this would be a no brainer, but Toad for MySQL doesn't seem to handle it right. I'm using the Export Wizard hoping to create SQL statement output for the schema from a db on a remote server. I want to recreate the schema on another server without the millions of records in the tables. I can't seem to make this happen without exporting all the table data too. In the Export Wizard, the last screen allows you to uncheck Export Data, but when you do, the Finish button disables. Is this a bug?? I'm able to uncheck Export Data and save it to a template file. If I pull in the template file, Export Data remains unchecked. But if I execute the template, all the table data is exported anyway, and it'll take a year or so for Toad to generate millions of INSERT statements. I'm using Toad for MySQL 6.3 freeware. Maybe the full version allows you to export just the schema SQL?
