Two questions: Text output in results; routine comparisons

A couple of questions from this Toad for MySQL newcomer:
1) I'd like to be able to see text output in the results (or some other) window when I execute statements such as SHOW CREATE TABLE and SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS. Currently the output only shows up in a cell of a grid row, and I have to copy/paste the value into notepad. I'd like to see a full text output like SSMS has.
2) When doing schema comparisons, it marks all routines (all procs and all functions) as being different, even if the body and definer of the routine is exactly the same (even the comparison windows show no differences). Is this a bug?
