Annoying ESC button beaviour

Hi, Is anybody know how do I set up that ESC button do not cancel everything in the current dialog by default? When I use create table dialog and entering fileds one by one but accidentally I hit ESC when the dialog in focus it drops all changes and close the dialog.
In Toad for Oracle an "Exit without saving?" question prevents losing work.
I use many windows one time and sometimes it happens that not the right application is in focus when I start typing. A simple quiestion would be enough to solve this problem. Zoltan
