ToadForMySQL installation issue

Hello!
I have tried to install the ToadForMySQL, but unfortunatly it is failed without error message and any other activity...
I use Window 7 and Comodo Firewall, ClamWin Free antivirus and Microsoft Security Essentials to protect my computer.
After launching installer, it pops the welcome window of installer (with a green frog).
If the "next" button pressed, the window hides and installer exits...
There are no exception occured, and any other error messages, no disk activity.
I tried all compatibility mode to execute the installer, but no effect.
Please help, to solve this problem.
