Alter table - column character set collation dropdown empty in beta 6.6/6.7

in v 6.3 ( release ) when choosing a character set when amending/inserting column detailts, the choice populates the collation.
In beta 6.6, which I only saw last week, nolonger populates the collation when choosing a character set.
I noticed this morning a new beta v6.7. The issue is still there, and therefore you cannot change/add 'character set' collation for a column.

Just updated to the latest Beta 6.7.0.926, and this is still a problem.
Can anyone provide on update on whether this is a known/outstandsting issue with 6.7 ?
I am having to still use 6.3 to use 'alter table' when needing to correct/change collation/character.
