I am getting a pop up asking for a license from the actipro SyntaxEditor when I try and use the Schema Compare option in Toad for MySQL 18.104.22.1682.
I get the following error after closing the pop up:
System.ComponentModel.LicenseException An instance of type 'Quest.Compare.General.UI.SyntaxEditorAdv' was being created, and a valid license could not be granted for the type 'ActiproSoftware.SyntaxEditor.SyntaxEditor'. Please, contact the manufacturer of the component for more information. I remembered that I also had a Toad for MS SQL Server installed. I removed that version and no longer get the licensing popup. Must have been a conflict between the version of SyntaxEditor used by Toad for MySQL and Toad for MS SQL. My guess is that Toad for MS SQL was user an older version.
