Beta 6.7.0.1027 FileNotFoundException

I downloaded the Beta. At first it give a license error when doing a schema compare. I found a post on the forum that talked about licensing problems with previous versions.
So I uninstalled the Freeware version, uninstalled the Beta, then reinstalled the Beta.
Now it gives the error in attached.
Googling didn't help.
