Changing the Connection Timeout appears to not be working.

Using v6.3
Under Tools/Options/Database/Timeouts

I changed the Connections timeout from 15 seconds (the default) to 30.
However Toad for MySQL still times out in 15 seconds while trying to connect to SSH database connection with message:

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'xxxx.perfora.net' (10061):
Server did not respond within the specified timeout interval.
